Heather Glen Country House – Terms and Conditions for Bedroom Bookings

1. Booking & Payment

1.1. All bedroom bookings must be secured with a valid credit/debit card or full prepayment. 1.2. Payment can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cash (subject to prior arrangement). 1.3. Heather Glen Country House reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards before arrival. Though no payment is taken at this time (other than any deposit amount).

2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

2.1. Free cancellation is available up to seven days before check-in. 2.2. Cancellations made after the deadline will incur a charge of 50% of full booking amount. 2.3. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

3. Check-in & Check-out

3.1. Check-in time: 5 p.m. Check-out time: 11 a.m. 3.2. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact in advance on your arrival day. 3.3. A valid government-issued ID is required upon check-in.

4. Guest Conduct & Responsibilities

4.1. Guests must respect the peaceful atmosphere of Heather Glen Country House. Excessive noise is not permitted in our rural location, and ask that we particularly respect our neighbours from 12 midnight. 4.2. Any damage caused to the property will be charged accordingly. 4.3. Non-registered guests are not permitted in guest rooms after 10:00 PM without prior approval.

5. Children & Extra Beds

5.1. Children under 5 years stay free when using existing bedding. 5.2. Extra beds and baby cots are available upon request for an additional charge.
